The Team Library is a section for every team where documents, images, and videos can easily be shared between coaches. Coaches are notified via the team dashboard and emailed when a new resource is uploaded into the team library. Conversely, resources that are posted on the team dashboard are also saved inside the team library.

Every team library contains a number of resources and tips that are helpful for coaches.

Uploading a new resource

From inside the Team Library

  1. From the team library’s homepage, click on the link “Add Resources.”

  2. You are taken to a page labeled “Add Resources”

Adding a web link or video


  1. Paste the URL for the website that you are sharing in the library into the field labeled “Enter website or video url.” The address can point to a webpage or video.

  2. Click “Ok”

  3. A thumbnail will appear towards the bottom of the page.

  4. Click “Add Resource” to post the resource


Adding a document or file

  1. Click “choose files to upload”

  2. In the file picker, select the file that you would like to upload. You can choose an image or document.

  3.  The file will be displayed as a thumbnail

  4. Click “Add Resources” to post the file


Uploading by dragging and Dropping


You can also save time by clicking and dragging the files you want to upload and dropping them onto the page. As you drag the file over the page, the line of document icons will be replaced by a giant “plus” sign. When you see this symbol, release your mouse to upload the file.
