Here are some things to look for if you are encountering issues with logging into your account:


Double check your login information

You should always enter the email address and password that you originally entered in when you registered for an account on the site. Both are case sensitive. Confirm that you are entering the correct information, and then try again. Also, ensure that your CAPS lock is turned off.


Reset your Password

If you do not remember your password, you can reset it by clicking on “Forgot Password” link located below the Login button on the login page. You will be sent a link which you can use to reset your account’s password.


Ask another Coach for Help

If you have forgotten the email address that you used when you initially registered for an account on the site, ask a fellow coach to look up your information on the site. They can find your name listed on the Coaches page. When they click on the option menu located to the right of your name, they will see your email address.
