Team Captain. The admin coach who guides continual program improvement by supporting all other coaches. A trusted leader who can invest in helping others succeed.


Admin Coaches. Staff members who receive administrative reports on program progress via email and have access to online administrative controls. Usually includes key organizational decision-makers. 


Lead Coaches. Staff members who start students on their online activities and continue to encourage them to make progress. Usually also the leaders in responding to students activity posts with coaching comments. Usually teachers, professors or program staff working directly with students.

  

Support Coaches. Additional staff or mentors who may follow groups or targeted students and provide coaching comments. Usually counselors, advisors or other program staff. 


EduGuide Results Coach. The EduGuide staff person who monitors your organization’s progress and makes strategic recommendations to increase impact. Team Captain schedules three virtual coaching sessions or professional development programs with them throughout the year.
